Digital Product Nature

Phone numbers sold on PhoneNumber.VIP are digital assets delivered electronically. Once an Account Number and Port-out PIN have been issued to the customer, the sale is considered final due to the nature of the product.

Eligible Refund Cases

  • The number cannot be ported due to an error on our end.
  • The number was already sold or unavailable at the time of purchase.
  • Duplicate charges resulting from a payment processing error.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
