3. Number Transfer and Activation

Phone number transfers are subject to:

• Standard processing time of 24 hours for most orders
• Successful payment verification and fraud checks
• Compliance with carrier requirements and FCC regulations
• Buyer providing accurate activation information

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, payment processors, or inaccurate buyer information.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of phone numbers and instant delivery process, all sales are final. Refunds are only available in cases of technical failure on our part that prevents successful transfer. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the transfer process begins.
